Junior AI Workflow Engineer
Transformica AI is looking for a Junior AI Workflow Engineer to help develop cutting-edge solutions using our proprietary agentic workflow platform. In this role, you’ll work with customers and internal teams to build intelligent automation workflows that transform how businesses operate.
What You’ll Do:
Use Transformica’s framework to design and deploy AI-powered workflows for real-world business challenges.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and tailor workflows to their unique operations.
Build and implement custom APIs to integrate with customer data pipelines, tools, and platforms.
Who You Are:
A junior developer with experience in Python.
Experienced in building software leveraging generative AI, with a preference for working with AI agents or agentic workflows.
Comfortable showcasing your work (e.g., through a portfolio or repositories).
Excited to learn and apply AI technologies to solve practical problems.
Comfortable working directly with customers and translating technical solutions into business value.
Open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment.
